Ben Gliklich has been in leadership roles at Element Solutions since 2014. He joined the company from General Atlantic, a global growth-oriented private equity firm. Earlier in his career, Ben worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs & Co. He holds an AB cum laude from Princeton University and an MBA with distinction from Columbia Business School.
