IPC has extended the deadline for IPC APEX EXPO 2021 technical conference abstracts to Monday, August 31. Due to travel restrictions by some companies and geopolitical areas, IPC is also accepting proposals for virtual presentations. IPC APEX EXPO 2021 technical conference will take place January 26–28 and professional development courses will run January 23–28.

Given continued restrictions in the state of California for large gatherings and events, the rise in COVID-19 infection rates and restricted company travel policies, IPC’s executive leadership and Board of Directors made the decision to cancel the APEX EXPO as an in-person event and move to a virtual event.
Although the setting will be unique, we are committed to providing you with the cutting-edge content you have come to expect from APEX EXPO. The event’s digital platform will allow you to easily navigate more than 100 technical conference sessions and application-focused professional development courses as well as view product demonstrations, schedule one-on-one meetings with exhibitors and experience other offerings within the online exhibition.
IPC E-Textiles Europe 2020 | Virtual Summit is a technical education summit for innovators, technologists, materials suppliers and brands to learn about the latest innovations, designs and manufacturing concepts for e-textiles technologies being developed in Europe as well as to collaborate on solutions and identify partners. This summit will consist of four educational workshop sessions over two days. Each workshop will include tours and interviews with students from four university laboratories in Europe.

Registration is now open for IPC E-Textiles 2020 Virtual Summit, to be held Thursday, October 1 and Friday, October 2. IPC E-Textiles 2020 Virtual Summit will consist of two 90-minute interactive educational workshops each day, as well as a live tour of the University of Minnesota Wearable Technology Lab.
IPC announces that IPC APEX EXPO has been recognized by the Trade Show News Network (TSNN) as one of the top 250 trade shows in the United States coming in at number 112 for 2019. This marks a jump from 2018’s ranking of 121. In addition, IPC APEX EXPO was recognized last November as the fastest-growing association show for attendance in the United States for years 2016-2018.
To help add new benefits, attract more attendees, increase exhibitor participation and cultivate a higher level of training, education and engagement seminars for guests and participants, IPC has been selected to manage the Electrical Wire Processing Technology Expo (EWPTE) in Milwaukee for the years 2021 to 2025.
The 4th Annual M-EXPO Wire Processing Technology event, produced by WHMA/IPC, has been postponed due to COVID-19 and the uncertainty of the situation in the fall. The October 14-16, 2020 event will take place next fall, 2021 in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, pending improved conditions.
IPC invites experts in all areas of cleaning and coating for electronic assemblies to submit technical conference abstracts for the High-Reliability Cleaning and Conformal Coating Conference, presented by IPC and SMTA, to be held November 3-5, 2020 in Dallas, Texas.
