In recognition of their extraordinary contributions to IPC and the electronics manufacturing industry, Garry McGuire, NASA and Teresa Rowe, IPC, were both inducted into the IPC Raymond E. Pritchard Hall of Fame at IPC APEX EXPO 2023. IPC’s most prestigious honor, the Hall of Fame Award is given to individuals who have provided exceptional service and advancement to IPC and the electronics industry.
At the 66th IPC Annual Meeting on January 24, held in conjunction with IPC APEX EXPO 2023, the IPC Board of Directors announced new and second-term members. Board members serve a four-year term, and the student board member serves a one-year term.
Today at IPC APEX EXPO 2023, IPC, in partnership with IPC Publishing Group, launched an industry-specific quarterly publication (digital and print), “IPC Community.” The publication celebrates member success while sharing the important work being done within the association to better serve its members and the global electronics manufacturing community.

IPC, in partnership with IPC Publishing Group (I-Connect007) will unveil an exciting new publication, "IPC Community," at IPC APEX EXPO 2023, as a continuation of its commitment to better serve the electronics industry and provide additional value for IPC members.
IPC announces the first employee of its new legal entity in Germany, Hans-Peter Tranitz, Ph.D. Dr. Tranitz will serve as senior director, Solutions, at IPC Electronics Europe GmbH in Munich. In this role, Dr. Tranitz will focus on IPC global initiatives including automotive electronics, advanced packaging, and Factory of the Future as well as serving as a technical resource for regional activities in Europe.
The Hall of Fame Council, key contributors to IPC, and members from diverse backgrounds in electronics manufacturing provide strong backing and support for the IPC effort, with members of the group committed to helping in several ways.
IPC, a global electronics manufacturing industry association, has acquired media company I-Connect007, a global source for news and original content serving the printed circuit design, fabrication and assembly/EMS markets.
