(WAI) announces plans to co-locate its biennial Wire Expo with the Wiring Harness Manufacturer’s Association (WHMA)/Global Electronics Association’s Electrical Wire Processing Technology Expo (EWPTE) May 6-7, 2026. The two shows will co-locate at the Baird Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA.

Harnessing Connections: EWPTE 2025 Draws Nearly 3,000 Attendees
The 2025 Electrical Wire Processing Technology Expo (EWPTE), held May 6-8 at Baird Center in Milwaukee, Wis., provided 2,994 attendees the opportunity to meet, network and learn from the industry leading innovators and suppliers. Two hundred and eighteen (218) exhibitors -- marking the largest number of exhibiting companies in the event’s history -- showcased their products and services spanning an expanded 51,500 net square feet of show floor space.
Electronics Industry Reimagines the Possibilities at IPC APEX EXPO 2025
The electronics industry is driven by innovators and problem-solvers, and IPC APEX EXPO 2025 provided endless opportunities to connect, collaborate, and shape the future. From hot topics such as artificial intelligence, high performance computing, advanced packaging and EV electronics covered in keynotes, conference sessions and standards meeting to the latest innovations in capital equipment on the show floor, this year’s event provided ample knowledge sharing and networking opportunities, for 3,541 attendees from 39 countries.

IPC Honors Shennan Circuits Company and Foxconn with Corporate Recognition Awards
IPC presented its highest corporate honors to two IPC member companies, Shennan Circuits Company (SCC) and Foxconn, during the IPC Annual Meeting/Awards Ceremony at IPC APEX EXPO 2025. The Peter Sarmanian Corporate Recognition Award was presented to SCC, and the Stan Plzak Corporate Recognition Award was presented to Foxconn.
Four Industry Leaders Receive IPC President’s Award at IPC APEX EXPO 2025
In recognition of their leadership and significant contributions of time and talent to IPC and the electronics industry, four IPC volunteers were presented with the IPC President’s Award at IPC APEX EXPO in Anaheim, Calif., on March 18, 2025. Recipients were Xaver Feiner, Zollner Elektronik AG; Thomas Marktscheffel, ASMTPT GmbH; Barry Matties, IPC Publishing Group/I-Connect007; and Cathy Hanlin, Precision Manufacturing Company Inc.
IPC Announces New Board Members at IPC APEX EXPO 2025
At the 68th IPC Annual Meeting on March 19, held in conjunction with IPC APEX EXPO 2025, the IPC Board of Directors announced new officers and first-term members. Board officers serve a two-year term, board members serve a four-year term, and the student board member serves a one-year term.

Voted on through a ballot process by members of the IPC APEX EXPO Technical Conference Program Committee (TPC), the international group of paper authors will be recognized during show opening remarks on Tuesday, March 18.
